Reporting via WhatsApp
Send your report from your phone to the channel number: convenient, but «identity-protected», not anonymous like the web.
If your organisation has enabled it, you can submit a report via WhatsApp by messaging the channel’s published number. A single message is enough: describe the facts as you would in person.
- You receive a tracking code to follow the report and continue the conversation.
- The conversation is two-way: the supervisory body can reply and ask for clarification in the same chat.
- You can attach photos, documents and voice messages directly from the chat.
WhatsApp is an «identity-protected» channel, NOT an anonymous one. Your phone number is visible to the messaging hub that routes the messages (not to Vocea): the chain is not «blind» end-to-end like the web form. For full technical anonymity use the web channel /segnala.
In any case the content of the report stays encrypted on the Vocea side (zero-knowledge): Vocea does not read it and does not store your number. If absolute anonymity is essential, prefer /segnala.
